This agreement (terms of use) sets out the legally binding terms for your memberships.This agreement is subject to the modifications without any prior notice.
Eligibility Terms
The matrimonial service is not for use by minors.The minimum age for registering is 18 years for women and 21 years for men and you are not disabled by any law from entering into a contract.
Membership in the service is void where prohibited.
By registering with this site, you declare and warrant that you have the right, authoriy, capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Membership terms
You are granted membership after due accceptance of profile/payments at starsvivaah.com. Acceptance of membership remains at the discretion of starsvivaah.com .Membership is strictly reserved for indian nationals citizens, persons of Indian origin, non resident Indians(NRI), persons of Indian heritage.
Termination of membership
As long as you use the site or remain to be a member at starsvivaah.com, this agreement will remain in full force and effect.
You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by following the instructions that have been provided in your folder.Your membership gets automatically terminated if you will not renew with fresh payments after the duration of membership opted by you previously is over. Starsvivaah. com may terminate your access to the site or your membership at any time,
for any reason effective upon sending notice to you at the email address as you may later provide to starsvivaah.com.
If stars vivaah.com terminates your membership because you have breached the agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused subscription fees.
MEMBERSHIP FEES IS NOT REFUNDABLE IF A MEMBER VOLUNTARILY TERMINATES HIS/ HER MEMBERSHIP.The membership may be terminated by either party by serving a written notice on the other.
Starsvivaah .com reserves the right to terminate membership to suspend profile or to diable access in repect of any member in breach of terms.
Renewal of Membership
It will be renewed only after the receipt of the payments before completion of previous memberships or else will be treated as fresh or new membership.Validity of your membership is based on 90.180,270 days and not on months i.e.,3, 6, & 9.
Personalized Membership
You are solely responsible for the data and content in your profile and it is mandatory that your membership remains with you for personal use and is not assiged or transferred to be used by any other person or entity.
You may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity. Starsvivaah.com is not liable if a member passes on his/her id further to a second person.
Maintainence of accounts
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and all activities that take place under it.
Starsvivaah.com and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, termination, remove or edit content or cancel subscription at their sole discretion.
Unethical Use of site and services by members
The site may not be used in connection with the commercial activities, Illegal and/or unauthorised uses of site, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the site will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal,and injunctive redress.
